Finally got a call from Azura on Wednesday 18th October 2017 after trying to get hold of them Since the 13th October.Was told they were despatching the Bath that day...not for delivery on 10th October as previously promissed.No good to us , we have builders on site so purchased a new bath from Roca the day beforeTold Azura we want a full refund - so see what happens

Bath Tub ordered early October 2017 for delivery in Mallorca , price went up by 70 Euro’s initially for delivery - then got an e-mail for another 70 Euros for ‘out of area’ - payment requested by Bank Transfer Said on invoice Delivery by DHL on 10th October 2017 - all looked very convincing Never had the delivery, DHL Know nothing , both the Spanish & French numbers of Azura Home Design are permanantly on Answer Phone - the 011 number on there website is diss connected and they do not answer our many e-mails & messages. I beleive this company not to be what it sais.. Avoid..
